Limited Warranty Coverage

At Wabeek, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. We offer a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Inflatable Products Warranty: 2 Years

  • Wabeek Motor Warranty: 1 Year

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material failures under normal usage

  • Electric motor or structural issues caused by production faults

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage (e.g., folding with transom plate attached)

  • Fading, stains, punctures, or collisions

  • Damage from sharp objects or dragging on rough surfaces

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  • If you notice any defect, report it within 5 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Bring your product and proof of purchase to the authorized Wabeek dealer where you made the purchase.

  • If you’ve moved or are traveling, contact the nearest Wabeek dealer.

Disclaimer: Product Life Cycle

  • Each Wabeek product has a practical lifespan, affected by:

  • Construction and materials used

  • Storage and transportation methods

  • Maintenance and frequency of use

  • Improper storage, prolonged sun/heat exposure, and misuse can significantly reduce product lifespan.

Implied Warranty Information

  • This warranty limits any implied warranties (like merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) to the same duration. Some states may not allow such limitations, so these conditions may not apply to you.

  • Wabeek does not authorize dealers to offer additional or conflicting warranties. This Limited Warranty may grant you specific legal rights, which vary by state.

Care Tips for Your Wabeek

  • Rinse with fresh water after each use, especially after saltwater exposure

  • Allow to dry completely before folding and packing

  • Store in a cool, dry place to prevent mold and material fatigue

  • Avoid dragging the product on rough surfaces

  • Deflate fully before storing

  • Use the official Wabeek travel case

  • Keep away from direct sunlight, sharp tools, and heavy objects
