Returns, Exchanges & Order Policies

We’re confident you’ll love your Wabeek watercraft. But if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. Please review our refund terms below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to love your Wabeek experience. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer return and exchange options under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

  • Items bought from authorized dealers must be returned directly to the dealer

  • Certain items may not qualify for return (see below)

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Used, opened, or damaged products

  • Customized or modified watercraft

  • Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective)

  • Shipping and handling fees (non-refundable)

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, email us at contact@wabeekair.com with the subject line:
"Refund/Return Request – [Your Order Number]"

In your email, include:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Supporting Photos (if applicable)

  • Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. All returns must use the provided label to ensure proper tracking and timely processing.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping is covered only if the product is defective or incorrect

  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping

Refund Timeline:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • You'll be notified by email when your refund has been issued

Cancellations & Order Changes

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

  • After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed due to processing and shipping timelines

How to Cancel or Edit an Order:

  • Email contact@wabeekair.com with subject: "Cancellation Request"

  • Include your order number and any required changes

  • Changes to an order (like address updates) must be made before the order is packed, typically within 24–48 hours

Shipping & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
