By purchasing, using, or operating a Wabeek watercraft, you acknowledge that water-based activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of life.
You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Wabeek, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Assumption of Risk
User Responsibility:
You confirm that you are physically fit and capable of using the watercraft safely and that you have read and understood all safety guidelines provided.
You also agree to ensure all users of the watercraft meet age and safety requirements and wear appropriate safety gear (such as life jackets) while operating the watercraft.

By continuing to use your Wabeek watercraft, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms outlined in this Release of Liability. You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with water-based activities and agree to assume full responsibility for your safety and the safety of others while using the product.
Your use of the product signifies your agreement to these terms and your commitment to follow all safety instructions and operational guidelines provided by Wabeek.
