Drop Stich Technology
Drop stitch technology is a method used in the construction of inflatable objects.
The term "drop stitch" comes from the fact that during the manufacturing process, the threads are temporarily "dropped" to create gaps between the top and bottom layers. These gaps allow the inflatable to be inflated to a high pressure while maintaining a relatively low profile when deflated.
Drop stitch technology allows inflatables to be inflated to much higher pressures than traditional inflatables, resulting in a more rigid structure that can support greater weight without deforming. This technology has revolutionized the design of inflatable products, making them more versatile and durable for various recreational and industrial applications.
Benefit
Firm and Rigidity

By using the core drop stitch tough polyester threads, the inflated surface is formed to the target shape with rigidity. It is the only way to make an inflated surface flat and firm.
Light weight
Compact size

Easy to carry with a light weight structure. Make it easy for many different carry-on application
Fast to inflate and deflate
Minimum resistance for inflation and deflation, making it easier and saving time
Eco-Friendly
Passed REACH and Rohs standards with the lowest level of VOC emission.
